Terms and Conditions

Last updated: March 31, 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of AI Interaction Protocol (AIP), including its website, tools, downloadable files, validation services, and account-based features. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

AIP provides tools and services that allow website owners and developers to generate, validate, store, and manage structured AIP manifest files and related resources.

Services may include free, Premium, and VIP features, and some features may change, expand, or be discontinued over time.

3. Accounts

Some services require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, abuse the service, or violate these Terms.

4. Plans, Payments, and Subscriptions

Some features are available only through paid plans. Premium may be offered as a one-time payment and VIP may be offered as a recurring subscription, depending on the service structure in effect at the time of purchase.

By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize the corresponding payment to be processed through our payment provider.

If a VIP subscription is cancelled, expires, or fails to renew, access to future VIP services may stop. However, previously delivered files, validations, or signed outputs that were already paid for may remain available according to the plan rules in force at the time of purchase.

5. No Guarantee of External Adoption

AIP is an independent protocol initiative. We do not guarantee that third-party AI systems, platforms, crawlers, or agent developers will adopt, support, or prioritize AIP files or services.

Any statements regarding potential benefits, interoperability, efficiency, or future adoption are informational and do not constitute a legal guarantee.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the service to:

  • upload or generate unlawful, deceptive, or malicious content,
  • impersonate another person or entity,
  • attempt to abuse, overload, probe, or disrupt the service,
  • use the platform to distribute malware, phishing content, or unauthorized scripts,
  • violate any applicable law or regulation.

7. Generated Content and Validation Results

You are responsible for the content, domains, and data you submit to the platform.

Validation results, signatures, manifests, or generated outputs are provided on an “as available” basis. You remain responsible for reviewing, implementing, and verifying any generated file before deploying it on your website or infrastructure.

8. Intellectual Property

The AIP website, branding, interface, software logic, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except where expressly stated otherwise, no part of the service may be copied, resold, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

9. Availability and Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice, especially for security, maintenance, legal, or product reasons.

We are not liable for temporary downtime, interruptions, or future feature changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIP and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, business interruption, or third-party actions arising from the use or inability to use the service.

11. No Legal, Technical, or Security Warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, misused the platform, or created risk for the service, other users, or third parties.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Contact

For questions regarding these Terms, you may contact us through the communication channels made available on this website.
